Elias is the founder and managing partner of G7NESIS.
As CEO, he is responsible for operational management and leads the strategic development of the company. He is responsible for strategic business development, including human resources, and manages the company's key customer relationships.
Elias is also an active investor through his family office, particularly in the field of real estate (development) in German-speaking countries.
Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Elias was Global Head of an international family office unit at a leading European private bank. There, he developed the business area and led a team of over 50 employees in Zurich, Geneva, Frankfurt, and Paris.
Elias began his professional career in investment and private banking at a global investment bank, with positions in Europe and Asia.
Elias holds a BA in Business Administration – Banking & Finance, is a CFE Charterholder, and is a licensed trader on the EUREX derivatives exchange.
With extensive experience and a proven track record in founding and managing internationally active companies, Elias is considered an accomplished entrepreneur and investor in German-speaking countries.
